As Special Advisor to the President and Head of Namibia’s Upstream Petroleum Unit, she sits at the heart of one of the most closely watched energy stories on the continent - and with Namibia moving rapidly toward first oil, her role in shaping policy, regulation and investment strategy is critical to how this next chapter unfolds.
