ExxonMobil Confirms as Africa Energies Summit Gala Dinner Sponsor

Frontier is extremely proud to announce that ExxonMobil has confirmed as a cornerstone Sponsor of the stunning Gala Dinner at the upcoming Africa Energies Summit, taking place from the 14th – 16th May in London. The addition of ExxonMobil as the Gala Dinner Sponsor for this year’s Summit, set to be the biggest event in our history, is a chance for delegates to enjoy each other’s company and ultimately - collaborate and get deals done. ExxonMobil is engaged across Africa in multiple projects and different geographies and is committed to responsibly meeting the world’s energy needs, whilst unlocking Africa’s energy potential.

Involved in the Africa Energies Summit this year, Richard Barke, Director of South Atlantic Exploration at ExxonMobil, will share with the audience insight into Exxon’s progress across its multiple jurisdictions. Known for its C-level style, the Africa Energies Summit is a platform that will encourage conversations at the highest level on the direction of travel of ExxonMobil and other IOCs active on the Continent.

Gayle Meikle, CEO at Frontier commented;

“Adding the leading and talismanic company that is ExxonMobil to our line-up of Lead Sponsors is a particular pleasure. ExxonMobil in Africa means business and has supported the Summit since our origin. Dedicated to unlocking affordable and sustainable energy solutions to advance global prosperity, there is no doubt that Exxon’s commitment to promoting investment in African energy is reflected in its support.

“Along with our Sponsors, we look forward to providing a world-leading platform for African governments, NOCs and regulators to promote to international investors and potential partners at this well-established forum. I personally would like to thank the team at ExxonMobil for its unwavering support. Thank you to John Ardill, Richard Barke and the wonderful Africa exploration team who always come out and support us.”
