⭐ Engr. Olaide Shaw, Nigerian Upstream Petroleum Regulatory Commission (NUPRC) - for driving next-generation regulatory reform and improving licensing efficiency across Nigeria’s upstream sector.

⭐ Charles Sangweni, Petroleum Upstream Regulatory Authority- PURA – an emerging regulatory leader helping shape transparent, investable frameworks in Tanzania.

⭐ Dr Mohamed Radwan, Egypt Upstream Gateway (EUG) - for his central role in Egypt’s digital licensing transformation and accelerating deal flow across the upstream market.

⭐ Claudia Napolitano, ExxonMobil - for bringing a high-impact commercial perspective to upstream strategy within one of the world’s leading IOCs.
