Liberia to Engage Global Upstream Investors at Africa Energies Summit 2026
Liberia Steps Forward: Government to Engage Global Capital at the Africa Energies Summit 2026
The Government of Liberia is stepping decisively onto the global stage at the Africa Energies Summit 2026 in London with a clear message to the market: Liberia is ready to compete for capital, partners and long-term upstream investment.
Led by Fabian Michael Lai, President & CEO of NOCAL, the Liberian delegation will take a prominent role at the Summit, including a speaking position on the main programme. This is a deliberate move to engage directly with the CEOs, investors and technical leaders shaping global upstream portfolios at a crucial time for the country with its recent TotalEnergies entry.
Liberia’s presence signals that it is open for business and willing to engage with intent to progress exploration and attract new companies to do so. The NOCAL team is doing an incredible job at positioning the country as a credible and competitive destination within the global upstream landscape.
We look forward to welcoming the Government of Liberia to London this May.
