You need to meet your panel in the networking break before the start of your Session, not just before the start of your panel to ensure that there is time to be mic’d up in advance of the session kick off.
This is to ensure that there is time to be mic’d up in advance of the session kick off.
Headset microphones will be used for panels. A small microphone pack will need to be secured to a belt or in a pocket, so please wear suitable clothing.

You will be sent specific information separately regarding your Roundtable.
Moderators
We ask that you coordinate briefing calls with your panellists in advance.
We ask that you prepare a brief session outline based on everyone’s input. It does not need to be overly detailed - just a loose structure with a few guiding questions - as we’d like the discussion to remain as natural and dynamic as possible.
